She shared photos of her wall which has Post-It notes for jobs that need doing, weekly planners for her kids’ activities and which parent is doing each drop off at school.

The organised mum also has lollipop sticks on the calendar showing the weekly meal menu.

She shared a photo of her detailed system to the Facebook group

The mum wrote: “Logistical nightmare is an understatement!

“How you amazing folks manage all the spinning plates every single day is mind blowing!

“For anyone currently overwhelmed, I thought I’d share a few things we do to manage our hectic schedule and stay on top of life.”

The mum revealed that her eldest child has just started school, while their youngest is in nursery three days a week.

She said that she is self employed and her husband splits his time between working from home and being on multiple sites.

The mum continued: “We have developed our own ‘family control board’, which seems to be taking on a life of its own!”

She said she likes having everything in one place and in one room of the house, and she doesn’t need clever tech, just Post-Its and pens.

She added: “Having open and honest conversations really make us feel like we are more in control and more empowered to do the right jobs at the right time.

“Also we chat openly to our littles about their focus and what’s happening, and they get to choose activities and have autonomy in their week!

“What do you do to keep those plates spinning?”

Many people were amazed at her level of organisation.

And a third praised her, commenting: “ I think I need to try this method.”
