And body positive influencer Karina Irby knows all too well of this.

Karina, who has over on Instagram, often shares snaps of herself modelling bikinis that she has designed herself.

She also often shared positive and relaxed snaps of her belly and thighs, encouraging her fans to embrace themselves.

The Australian content creator and bikini brand owner of is never shy about posting snaps of her figure.

However, she is often targeted by trolls calling her “too fat. Pig” and “WTF is wrong with your legs.” 

But in a recent one, the fashion fan filmed her tum and thighs touching and moving in the vehicle while she wore a bikini. 

She wrote: “God I wish somebody would’ve told me when I was younger…

"That all bodies are not the same.

"Photoshop, itty bitty models on magazine covers...

"Told me I was overweight.

"I stopped eating, what a bummer,

“Can’t have carbs in a hot girl summer.

“If I could go back and tell myself when I was younger, I’d say, psst…

“You’re perfect, you’re safe, you’re beautiful, you’re remarkable, you’re intelligent, you’re a stand out.”

Karina continued her body positive message in a caption.

She said: “Just in case you needed this reminder today…

“You are limited edition and please NEVER forget it!”

“Like millions of other men and women, I too was brainwashed into what society deemed as ‘attractive’ and ‘acceptable’ over the years.

“No curves. Nothing unedited. No tummies. No plus sizes. No skin textures. No body hair.

“You had to be ‘perfect’! Or at least that's what we thought. Until NOW.”

Karina continued: “Our bodies are meant to all look and feel different! It’s what makes us US!

“You are limited edition and please NEVER forget it!”

Inspired by her confidence, many people fled to the comments to praise her for being open about her past struggles with her body.

One person commented: “Girl you are a QUEEN and such a positive influence on men and women to embrace their bodies exactly as they are…me included!!”

Another user added: “I love how transparent you are with your body. I wish I had the confidence to be like this.

“I’ve hidden my weight and rolls for so long now I just think a sudden change will confuse everyone.”

While a third voiced: “Oh my gosh I love this so much. Thank you for being vulnerable.”
