FROM wanting to channel Princess Diana’s wedding day look to opting for something a little less grand, each and every request you make in a bridal shop says a lot about the bride you will be.
According to Millie Cowell, a Bridal Expert at David’s Bridal UK, there are four common ‘bride types’ - each with their own set of rules on what they will and won’t wear, which holds a mirror up to their personality.
But which category do you fall under? Could you be the Modern Bride, or perhaps at the other end of the spectrum as the Timeless Bride? Not forgetting the ever popular Boho Bride, or Sexy Bride.

MODERN BRIDE
Who they are: The modern bride is our progressive working woman. She’s used to being in five places at once and looks to streamline her time and ooze professionalism.
What they ask for: When she comes into the store, a modern bride asks for versatile styles that are sleek, clean and contemporary.

What they ask for: The sexy bride will often ask us for a body contouring dress and bold features such as a plunging neckline, an open back or leg slit that shows off her figure.
