Bridezilla branded a ‘selfish nutcase’ for wanting to demote her maid-of-honor to bridesmaid amid ‘insane’ demands

WEDDINGS are rarely ever stress-free.

Whether the bride hates her makeup, a groomsman gets too drunk, or the bridesmaids aren’t getting along – some sort of drama almost always unfolds.

One woman said she was furious with her maid-of-honor – so much so that she is thinking of removing her from the role – but the internet is calling her a ridiculous bridezilla.

The worst part? The wedding isn’t even happening for another two years.

Posting to , the story began: “My wedding is 9/28/24 and I’m planning pretty far ahead to help ease stress.

“My maid-of-honor has not been responding to me and it seems to only be at her convenience.”

She said her friend sometimes takes days to get back to her.

Although she has over 24 months to get things done, the bride couldn’t shake her annoyance.

“I’m beyond frustrated and want to demote her to just a bridesmaid.

“Is this fair? Or am I being unreasonable?”

Although the bride said she was “open to suggestions,” she likely wasn’t thrilled with what Reddit users had to say.

“Wow. You must be exhausting if you think the world is going to revolve around you for the next two years,” one person wrote.

“OMG! Could you imagine having to deal with this level of crazy Bridezilla for two years? I mean she’s just getting started! The bride now thinks the lives of her MOH and bridesmaids should revolve around her every want and need!” added a second.

Others joked about her mindset.
