I’m selling a gold diamond ring on Facebook – but everyone insists they can’t see the rock
FACEBOOK users are looking for magnifying glasses and questioning their own eyesight as they try to find the diamond on this viral ring.
A post on a Facebook group advertised a "gold diamond ring" but users are convinced there is no rock.
A user based in British Columbia posted an image of a ring captioned: "Very pretty 14K yellow gold with small diamond ring."
However, everyone who has viewed the post has been unable to spot the diamond in the ring.
The original poster is asking for $185 for the small ring but the comments section has been dragging this ridiculous request.
"185 quid? F**k me, I wouldn't even give 8 quid for that!" wrote one user.

"Could I please borrow an extra strong microscope, I think there might be a crumb of a stone in there," joked another person.
Some users suggested the diamond "fell off" while another called it a "speck of dust."
"Some say she's still looking for the diamond to this day..." commented one Facebook user.
The ring led to some people questioning their eyesight. One person wrote: "Wait, literally where is the diamond? Is my vision finally declining or is there not a diamond here?!"

Another user was convinced the post was a prank. They said: "Not clicking the photo, I’m convinced it must be a jump scare because there is no diamond there."
Referring to the original poster's description, one user commented: "A lot a words could be used to describe this. Elegant is definitely not one."
