FINDING clothes you love to wear isn't always easy at the best of times.
But when you're a curvy girl trying to find summer outfits that compliment your shape it can feel impossible.
It turns out knowing what to avoid when you go summer shopping is key, according to fashion whizz, who shared her top tips on YouTube recently.
She said: "We all know the struggle of seeing a look online, falling it love with, getting it and being disappointed because it didn't work."
According to the fashionista, knowing who to shop for and what to avoid will make shopping a breeze - and save you a few trips to the post office to return everything.
Ditch the denim skirts
ChiChi said: "The traditional denim skirt does nothing for you if you have a belly.

"Denim tends to bunch up around the crotch and when it does it really draws attention to the mid section, I wouldn't waste my money on denim skirts."
Despite the style being a bit of a classic look, it doesn't mean it's going to look good on everyone, ChiChi explained.
Go for something more flattering like a wrap skirt that will compliment your curves.
Avoid skinny trousers
Smart cigarette style trousers just don't work for everyone, so if you love wearing them to the office, it's time to find something else to wear instead.

ChiChi explained that skinny trousers highlight everyone you want to hide.
"Those type of pants make you look pregnant, especially if they're more high-waisted, I would stay away from them."
Go for wide-leg trousers
"It doesn't have to be extreme with the wide leg, it could be more like a culotte type of wide-leg.
"I always recommend wide-leg for apple shapes because it helps to balance the hip to stomach volume," the pro explained.
Opt for a style that has pleating in the front to help hid any lumps and bumps even more.
Shirt dresses make you look slimmer
If you're after a new summer dress, go for a shirt style if you want to look on trend and avoid highlighting your stomach.
ChiChi said: "Because it buttons from top to bottom it create a vertical line from your neck, that always makes the mid section appear slimmer."
Don't bother with bodycon styles
If you love the tight feeling of a bodycon dress, go right ahead!
But for curvy girls that want to hide their lumps and bumps a bodycon is going to be your worst nightmare, ChiChi reckons.
She said: "All that happens when you wear a super clingy fabric around your belly, all that does is draw attention."
Go for dresses that cinch you in at the waist and flare out for a more flattering silhouette.
Buy a blazer
If you don't love your arms, adding a blazer to your outfit can make a massive difference.

In the summer, this could be a lightweight, linen blazer or even a kimono.
The fashion whizz explained: "What I like about a blazer is it has built in structure, if you have a belly you're always looking for structure to help carve out a waist."
