Kim Kardashian’s trainer reveals her exact workout routine & how she grows that famous booty

WOMEN all over the world are inspired to hit the gym when they catch a glimpse of Kim Kardashian's physique.

The workout regimen she used to get in shape and increase the size of her bottom has finally been revealed by her trainer.

Kim’s personal trainer, Melissa Alcantara, opened up with to discuss some of the most important fitness gyms.

Melissa explained: "It’s always adding more weight, some days we lift heavier than others. We focus sometimes on form. We focus sometimes on strength."

She continued: "I’ll be doing the same workout that she’s doing later on in the day—hip thrusts, reverse lunges, chest press, shoulder press.”

Some of the most important booty workouts she talked about are stiff-leg deadlifts, reverse lunges, and weighted cable kickbacks.

Focusing on glute workouts alone won’t do the trick if the rest of your body isn’t equally as strong, Melissa says.

According to Melissa, doing hip thrusts is an incredibly important exercise to try in the gym.

Hip thrusts make a difference when you progressively add more weight each time you get down to business.

“Make sure that you’re not lifting the same exact way you lifting the previous week. Just a little bit more.… It’s a constant progression,” Melissa explained.

Another important factor when following Kim’s exercise plan is staying motivated — regardless of possibly hitting a plateau.

Melissa said: “Follow a program.… Don’t just do stuff because you saw some Instagram girl flinging weights around.”

Focusing on every exercise you do with intention is the key to leveling up from Melissa's perspective.

Some of the items she encouraged people to have at home include free weights, booty bands, and kettlebells.

She also dropped a list of three workout essentials she recommends to others trying to achieve body goals right now.
