B&M fans in uproar as the app they use to find super bargains in store ‘STOPS working’
B&M fans are in uproar after the app they use to find incredible bargains in store appeared to have stopped working.
The app, which contains a free barcode scanner, allows customers to discover discounted items before the staff have even reduced them.
But after it seemed to have stopped working, fans took to social media to furiously complain about the app fail.
"Anybody else having trouble scanning things in store I've re installed the app but still doesn't scan," one person wrote in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook.
"I can’t get the app to work at all anymore," another fumed.
"Mine didn't work couple weeks ago and hubby's didn't either," a third wrote.

Someone else posted on Twitter about the app not working back in April, writing: "Hey B&M social media person, the B&M app hasn't been working for a few days now and recent reviews on the App Store suggest it's happening to everyone, not just me.
"Can't browse stock or use scanner (essential in my local shop).
"Any idea when it'll be fixed?"
However, B&M didn't reply to the person's tweet.

Others took to the App Store to complain about the app in reviews.
"The app used to to be brilliant," one person wrote.
"Now it keeps logging me out almost every day and the scanner has a limit for some reason so I have to log in to get the higher limit.
"And since updating the app the scanner is very slow and glitchy and often does not work and I have to force close and reopen the app.
"Please fix these issues as the app was brilliant before."
"What used to be a great app for browsing and checking the price of items that are usually missing ticket prices in a majority of B&M stores is now a head bangingly frustrating app that rarely opens properly," another added.
"The once brilliant scanning function works about 10% of the time.
