Can YOU spot the cat hiding in plain sight in this hardware store?

A CAT has disguised herself amongst nuts, bolts and tails in this hardware store.

Emma Lou hid herself so well she left fans bamboozled as they tried to track her down.

The moggy played hide and seek in the East Bay Hardware in Charleston, South Carolina, US.

The family owners tweeted earlier this month: "Do you see Emma Lou?"

Merissa Ellis, whose mother owns the store, regularly finds the cats tucked away in corners of the shop and shares photos to their Twitter page @eastbayhardware.

One follower wrote: "Emma Lou was VERY sneaky today!";

Another wrote: "Someone is playing peekaboo today."

It comes after the same cat hid herself among chainsaws at the store.

The owners tweeted a picture of their store saying they “carry gas and battery operated…products and accessories”.

“We also have a hidden Emma,” they said but left people to guess where she’s hiding.

The picture has sent Twitter crazy and racked up more than 65,000 likes after it was shared on the ‘There is not cat in this image’ account.

Their other cat Max also hid himself among plants in the garden section.

The image shows a small part of a garden centre, where there are plants and pots on the ground, alongside some buckets and other tools.

There are also some flowers on the shelf in the right side of the picture.

Max's owner, the manager of a family business in South Carolina, shared the confusing image on Twitter.

It left users puzzled, looking everywhere for the hidden pet.

The caption read: "It’s a gorgeous day in Charleston (maybe our last for a few months) and Max is happily hiding in the garden center.

"Do you see him?"
