This was certainly the case for New York City-based Erin Cavoto who moved into an apartment with some friends and decided that the kitchen cabinets needed some loving.

The product, the , is made with a plant-based, cruelty-free formula, so you don't have to worry about a powerful chemical smell.

Even better, according to Cavoto, it smells like almond oil, featuring only 10 ingredients including mineral and vegetable oil.

Cavoto also noted that it smelt and looked like body lotion rather than a cleaning solution.

And, the kit comes complete with a microfiber cloth so Cavoto was able to test it out right away.

"In addition to water streaks and stains, I noticed several spots on my cabinets that looked dry," Cavoto wrote.

"With the Therapy cleaner, it didn’t take much elbow grease to wipe the spots away, leaving a shiny, clean surface behind.

"When I was done, the polish gave my cabinet doors a glossy (yet not greasy!) finish that I love."

Cavoto wasn't the only one singing the praises of this cleaner.

She noted that multiple people with cabinets as old as 20 to 30 years old gushed about how amazing the product was.

It was particularly good at getting rid of scratches and cooking oil stains.

Some people even used it to revive antique furniture.
