ASK FOR A MEDIUM SHADE

To get the most out of your bronzed glow, Rae suggested asking for a medium shade tan.

"Don't ever go light with a spray tan," she said.

"A light [shade] is going to come off faster."

She doesn't recommend going too dark either but said it all depends on your skin tone.
