A FOOD blogger has shared her easy trick to cutting bell peppers while leaving almost no waste in just three slices.
Ereka Vetrini posted the hack on where commenters exclaimed, "you're a GENIUS."
The gives a bird's eye view of the TV host and food blogger's cutting board as she tackles the produce.
Vetrini turns the bell pepper upside down and by following the natural ridges in the veggie, she makes three quick cuts before tearing the pepper apart.
Then, she pulls out the core of the pepper without sacrificing any of the edible veggie.
She captioned the video, "So much easier this way!!" while flaunting her low-waste high-yield method to her nearly 200,000 followers.

Other users were inspired by the video, and said they couldn't wait to run to the grocery store produce section and try the slicing method for themselves.
