AFTER spending thousands on used Kardashian clothes, one YouTube star was thrilled with her purchase, even though some items were see-through or clearly worn.
On her YouTube channel HopeScope, Hope Allen unboxes shopping hauls, with a twist – the boxes she buys are often full of lost luggage, mail that went missing, or returned prom and wedding dresses.
In one of her , Allen bought a batch of clothing from the website Kardashian Kloset, which resells luxury goods owned by Kim, Kourtney, Kendall, Khloé, Kylie, and Kris.
"I think this is the most money I've ever sent in one sitting at one store," Allen said.
And the stakes were high. "They don't do refunds at all, so hopefully this stuff works out," she added, and showed a screenshot of her staggering purchase total: $3,111.95.
After opening the box, Allen took a deep inhale before beginning to unwrap the items.
"It smells like it's been in someone's closet," she confirmed.
Though Allen didn't buy anything from Kris Jenner's closet, she noted that some strange finds were available, including lingerie, a Hermes Birkin bag, and a Mink Gucci coat on sale for $40,000.
KYLIE'S KLOSET
Allen's first pick was a pair of Danielle Guzio velvet sweatpants from Kylie's closet.
She noted that the velvet sweats were definitely worn, and curiously, they seemed to be made for a much taller person than Kylie Jenner.

"I'm pretty sure Kylie's shorter than me," Allen said. "I feel like these would've been super long on her."
In the video, Allen edited a picture of Kylie, who's an inch shorter than Allen, to show their relative scale.
The pants, which Allen paid $250 for on Kardashian Kloset, retail for $318.
Allen thought they were a great fit and paired them with the free gift included with her purchase – a Kardashian Kloset t-shirt.
Next, Allen unwrapped a dress she declared "probably one of the most Kylie things" on the whole website.
Though Kylie hadn't worn the Kim Shui mesh dress, which was new with tags, it was similar to another dress from the brand Kylie posted several photos in.
Before trying the dress on, Allen went offscreen to add some foundational undergarments.
"I feel like I didn't think this through because this is completely see-through," Allen admitted.
After adding a black tank top and biker shorts, she put the mesh dress on.
"Oh my goodness," a breathless Allen said. "The detail on this is beautiful."
Allen was very happy with her $139 purchase, especially because the dress is still available for $295 on the original retailer's website.
KOURTNEY'S KLOSET
Unboxing her first item from Kourtney's closet, Allen was confused.
She had purchased the gold necklace for $350 on Kardashian Kloset, but couldn't remember why, as it came with no brand label and no original price.
Allen liked the necklace and said she'd wear it, but was befuddled by the purchase.
"What overcame me to spend $350 on it, I don't know," she admitted.
The second item from Kourtney's closet was a bust – or, didn't allow for enough of one.
The white bikini from Australian brand Zingiber was marked size six.
But Allen realized after it didn't fit that the Australian six was in line with an American size two.
"I can't exactly show you the bottoms," Allen said sheepishly, concealing the lower half of her body from the camera. "Just know they don't fit."
She said the top was "almost a win," but didn't feel supportive or secure over her chest.
Allen purchased the bikini for $105. Though it's no longer available on the Zingiber website, cached images seem to show the bikini originally retailed for $254 USD.
KENDALL'S KLOSET
Allen was nervous about fitting into items from Kendall's closet.
"She's like a size zero," Allen explained. "I was looking for stuff that's going to fit a little oversize."
Allen settled on a pair of shoes, and a set of Olivia von Halle pajamas.
The pajamas were a great fit, and Allen was thrilled with the look.
"I love the green, the contrast of the purple outline on the little tigers," she said.
The pajamas Allen paid $395 for are available for a retail price of $560 on Net-a-Porter.
Next, Allen unveiled embroidered slip-on mules by Alberta Ferretti.
"These ones have definitely been worn," Allen said, displaying the bottoms of the shoes.
They were still in good condition, but she noted another quirk: a pink marabou feather clinging to the side.
Peeling it off, Allen laughed, "these definitely came from a Kardashian's closet."
The $499 shoes retailed for $895, and Allen was happy with the discount she found.
KHLOÉ'S KLOSET
Out of all the sisters, the closet Allen was most excited to try was Khloé's, which fits with her own edgy, athletic style.
Allen chose three items from Khloé's closet, starting with a practical pick: a sports bra by the brand Human Performance Engineering.
At $65, the bra was only a small discount from the $80 price on the retailer's website, but Allen knew she would wear it often.
She also snagged a pair of Greek-style sandals for $150, a 25 percent discount from the retail price of $200.
The centerpiece of Allen's haul was a very Khloé look indeed: black leather pants.
"I hope these fit, they're so cool," she said while unwrapping them.
After trying them on, Allen was thrilled.
"These pants fit perfectly and I could not be happier about it," she gushed. "I feel like a celebrity right now."
Impressed by the way the clothes fit, Allen implored Khloé to reach out if she ever needs to swap outfits.
"Khloé, if you ever want to trade more clothes, I have a lot of cute activewear," Allen joked to the camera.
The French pants didn't have a brand or a retail price, but Allen was able to find photos of Khloé wearing them out and about. Allen purchased the edgy pants for $395.
KIM'S KLOSET
Allen only bought one item from Kim's closet, and it was the cheapest thing available.
"A lot of her stuff is sold out," Allen explained. "I only got one thing from her because it's all that I could afford."
The leopard-print Napapijri coat was new with tags, so Kim likely never wore it, even though it was in line with her style.
Allen paid $750 for the brand-new coat and was shocked when she discovered the retail price: $1,471.
Even though she scored the coat for half-off retail price, Allen was dismayed to find the same item, brand new, listed on eBay for $512.
Still, Allen was excited to own and wear the coat.
"This is probably the nicest coat I've ever put on my body in my life," Allen said.
She referred to it as a "statement piece."
"People are gonna say 'I love your coat,' and I'll say 'Thanks, it's Kim Kardashian West's'" Allen imagined.
In summary, Allen said she was satisfied with her purchases.
Without including the two unlabeled items, she scored $1,720 off the original retail prices, and likely much more when the leather pants and jewelry were accounted for.
"Was it worth it? Surprisingly, yeah," she concluded.
"For most of the items, I feel like I kind of got a deal."

She did note that while the items are meaningful to her, she doesn't expect others to immediately recognize them.
"The majority of people would not be able to tell the difference," she added.
