I got dainty flower tattoo on my ear – but two years later it looks messy and horrible
A WOMAN has proved that some things really do get worse with age after sharing the state of her two-year-old tattoo online.
Lydia Rose said she was initially happy with her dainty flower design that was inked above her earlobe.
But now she believes it looks messy and horrible after artists warned her that thin line tattoos “bleed out”.
Taking to Tiktok, she explained that she first got the inking as a means to cover a "s**t tattoo" that she received in Magaluf as a teenager.
Yet as the years progressed, it appeared smudged to the point where it was almost unrecognisable.
“Don’t get dumb tattoos kids,” she says as users flooded the comments with their reactions.
“Bit of a bad place to get it really,” one said.
A second quipped: “If line tattoos lasted I would have gotten my eyebrows done years ago.”
Before a third added: "I WISH someone told me this before I had mine done.”
A fellow user asked Lydia if she still regretted choosing the peculiar position for her inking.

Lydia replied: “That’s what happens when you get a tattoo without researching it, before adding, “Lol it’s fine I’m really not mad.”
In other bad tat news, one woman claimed she wanted to remember her late brother with a special inking.
But despite it being quite meaningful, it ended up looking completely inappropriate thanks to its placement on her arm.
