To begin with, Deima used a vinyl stick-on sheet she got from Walmart for ($5.48) £4.20, she chose one with a black and grey pattern to use as her splashback wall.

She used a hobby knife to cut around the edges and a wallpaper smoothing tool to secure it onto the wall without any air bubbles.

Deima used a stunning black marble effect vinyl for the countertop, which she also purchased at Walmart for ($5.48) £4.20.

She shared her top tip for placing vinyl paper down without any creases.

She explained that she folds a small amount of the backing paper rather than removing all of it and as she removes it she goes along with the smoothing tool to make sure no air bubbles occur.

Deima then used plain white vinyl on her kitchen cupboard doors and started by removing the doors.

She covered the frame of the cupboards with the same vinyl, using a hobby knife to cut off any excess paper.

As her doors have an indented design on them, Deima took a piece of poster board and taped it on top to give the doors a smooth surface she can cover easily.

She then attaches the doors and is done with the kitchen transformation.
