TATTOOS are forever – unless you have the money to remove them at the snap of the fingers.
Here are some bizarre tattoos celebrities have gotten inked on their bodies, from Kendall Jenner and Ariana Grande to Grimes and Ed Sheeran.
KENDALL JENNER
Kendall Jenner may look like her skin is free of ink, but she actually has three tattoos.
She opened up about her tattoos on her now-defunct website in 2016.
"Even though Kim always says: 'Don’t put a bumper sticker on a Bentley,' I really like tattoos," she wrote.
"Right now I have two: They’re both in white ink on my two middle fingers.
"The one on my right hand is a full heart to represent an angel and my left is a broken heart — kind of like the devil side."
Jenner's best friend Hailey Bieber also has a broken heart tattoo, but it's inked in red.
Later on in the year, the model also revealed that she got the word "meow" printed on the inside of her bottom lip.
"I really didn’t ever plan to show my newest 'meow' tattoo,” Jenner claimed on her site.

"I got it done back in July by JonBoy in New York and I didn’t plan on telling anyone.
"But, in an interview, I accidentally said something about it without even realizing.
"I guess I was just excited, lol."
The tattoo became a topic of conversation again in a 2018 episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show in which Jenner admitted she "wasn't thinking clearly" at the time.
"Literally, it was the first thing that came to my mind.
"My drunk thoughts!" she laughed.
GRIMES
Musician and mother to Elon Musks's two kids, Grimes, has a tattoo that resembles serious scratch marks all over her back.
In a 2021 Instagram shot debuting her new ink, she said once the redness fades away from her freshly inked skin, "beautiful alien scars" will be left behind.
JENNIFER LAWRENCE
Jennifer Lawrence has the tiniest hand tattoo, which she got as a bonding experience with Hunger Games co-star Liam Hemsworth.
She got "H20" tattooed on her hand as a reminder to stay hydrated, but the tattooist didn't make the "2" a subscript and made it even with the "H" and "0."
This means the tattoo is factually incorrect and does not actually represent the molecular formula for water.
Luckily, Lawrence isn't too flustered about it.
"I should have Googled it before I got it tattooed on my body forever," she admitted in a 2015 ComicCon interview with HitFix.
It's not a super dark tattoo, so very few people will be able to easily spot the error.
MACHINE GUN KELLY
Machine Gun Kelly received a head-turning tattoo in 2021 that resembles a thin and bleeding cut on his neck.
He debuted the new ink on Instagram, simply writing: "Bye bye neck."
He has not publicly addressed the meaning behind the gruesome-looking ink.
PRESLEY GERBER
There's nothing like wearing your heart on your sleeve ... and your feelings on your face.
Model and son of supermodel Cindy Crawford, Presley Gerber, showed off a face tattoo under his right eye that said "misunderstood" in capital letters in 2020.
People were quite concerned about Gerber's new ink, considering he's a model.
He seemed to have no regrets for getting the ink and even shot back at skeptics on Instagram.
"Most and a lot of people can get a facelift, change genders, lip injections, etc and it's offensive to say anything in today's day in age but I get a little face tattoo and now people love to hate me..Hmmmm?" he wrote on his Instagram Story amid the backlash.
To further drill in his point, he hopped on Instagram Live and went off on haters.
"If I thought this was going to ruin my face or I didn't want this, I wouldn't have done it.
"I think that's a pretty obvious thing," he noted.
"I just wanted to come on here and be like, if anyone has s**t to say to me about this or anything else and my family or how I grew up or anything.
"I will give you my address, I promise, and you can come say it to my face."
Despite valiantly defending his tattoo, he seemed to have since gotten it removed.
STEVE-O
Jacka** stuntman Steve-O has a portrait of himself inked on his entire back.
Enough said.
ARIANA GRANDE
Ariana Grande has a few tattoos, but her fans best know her hand art, which was botched upon creation in 2019.
To celebrate her single 7 Rings topping the charts, she got ink in the Asian writing system Kanji that was meant to spell the title of the hit song.
Instead, the tattoo reads "Japanese BBQ grill."
Grande eventually got it worked on with the help of her "tutor," which she noted on social media.
Instead of saying Japanese BBQ grill, it now says Japanese BBQ finger.
As long as she's happy!
KESHA
Some say to keep your mouth closed if you have nothing nice to say.
In Kesha's case, she doesn't actually have to say anything to let people know what she's thinking.
That's right – she has the phrase "Suck it!" tattooed on the inside of her bottom lip.
In a 2012 interview with Kiss FM in London, she explained that the tattoo was inspired by her doubters.
"Hater’s gonna hate, you know what I mean?
"So they can all just suck it," she said.
T-PAIN
Some people get symbolic designs on their skin, while others get a meaningful quote.
Florida-born rapper T-Pain went for a very straightforward tattoo: It simply says "tattoo."
He never explained the meaning behind this, but he celebrated a fan who in 2016 called him her man crush for having a "great" voice and the interesting ink.
MILEY CYRUS
It's no secret that Miley Cyrus has a thing for Aussies.
She was with Liam Hemsworth off and on for nearly a decade, after all, and then had a very loved-up and public romance with Australian singer Cody Simpson.
Apparently, she also has a thing for a famous Australian spread: Vegemite.
The singer and actress paid tribute to the brown yeast extract spread in 2016 by getting a bottle of it inked on her arm.
ED SHEERAN
Beloved redheaded singer Ed Sheeran paid tribute to his 2017 hit Galway Girl by getting the song title tatted on his arm by the star of the song's music video, Saoirse Ronan.
However, if you look at it, the ink actually reads "Galway grill."
After Sheeran seemingly blamed Ronan for the error while on tour, she cleared it up in an interview with James Corden.
"Ed got up on stage like two days after we did it and said I had made the mistake, and it makes me look illiterate," the actress argued.

"I am just here to say that it was all planned because we thought it would be funny and edgy if we misspelled 'girl,' and made it 'grill' instead."
