A SAVVY decorator showed off the results of his budget renovation, transforming his mum's shabby council house into a stunning sanctuary.

YouTuber Nick Richards showed fans how he revamped the kitchen, living room and bathroom in the house.

Using clever techniques and discount buys he managed to pull off the whole project at a bargain price.

Nick said: "I really love our kitchen we gave it make over in January 2021.

"We had really dark walnut cabinets, we had really dark speckled worktops. We had cream tiles and we had cream walls.

"It was really brown, it was really cream, it just looked really old fashioned. So we transformed it to a really light, modern space."

They spent just £200 on vinyl and paint to spruce up the kitchen space.
