Woman who claims to have ‘biggest breasts in Europe’ reveals what she looked like before having plastic surgery
MARTINA Big is famous for having multiple boob jobs to achieve her 32T breasts she claims are the "biggest in Europe".
But she recently shared a glimpse of what she looked like before she got plastic surgery.

The German model, 33, previously had natural 32D boobs, but then ten years agao she made it her mission to get the “biggest breasts in Europe”.
Her 58,000 Instagram followers were shocked at the obvious differences in a throwback snap where she has blonde hair and her natural skin tone.
Martina has risked her health by getting multiple boob jobs over the years, which has seen her bra size get up to a giant, unnaturally big 32T.

She captioned the old pictures with: “The photo on the left was taken 10 years ago, before I had my first plastic surgery.
“In the meantime I've changed from head to toe.
“One of the biggest changes has happened to my breasts.”
While many love Martina’s makeover, it hasn’t come without complications.
Her overwhelming large and ever expandable implants are inflated by a doctor using saline solution via a valve hidden under her armpit.

Her assets bring their own difficulties during her daily life as she now can't put her seat belt on in the car and has to use a belt extender to get over her ginormous breasts.
At bedtime, Martina has no choice but to sleep on her back or use lots of pillows to prop her body up if she lies on her front.
She also has to 'train her back regularly' so that she doesn't suffer excruciating back pain.
Two years ago, the former air hostess revealed she wanted to be identified as an African black woman.
Martina began her transformation with the support of husband Michael.
She was born in Germany as a white, blonde haired woman but has boldly stated that she is helping to empower black women with her own appearance following radical tanning injections to dramatically change the colour of her skin.
She was baptised in Kenya with a new Swahili name - Malaika Kubwa, which means Big Angel - as she said she wanted to live as a ‘true African woman.’
Martina's choices spiked a lot of opinions on race and cultural appropriation but she wasn’t phased by the criticism and instead insisted that the kids she will have with her white husband will be born black.
The model’s comparison post got over a hundred likes – and many were blown away by how much she’s changed.
One commenter gushed: “I absolutely love your transformation. You are just so beautiful.”
While another wrote: "Such an incredible change. Do hope some day you get to talk about the choices and the path.. the emotions and our current goals as well."
Another felt inspired, saying: "I love how you inspire people to do what makes them happy."
Another said: “You were beautiful before this whole transformation!
“But yes, it’s not up to strangers to decide what you do with your own body either.”
Another simply commented: “Nice transformation I must say.”
