My dad and stepdad were going to fight at my wedding after I asked them to walk me down the aisle – and that’s not all

WHAT'S a wedding without some major drama?

Well, this woman, who shared her story anonymously on social media, claimed her dad and stepdad almost fought it out over who would get to walk her down the aisle.

Sharing the story through a wedding photographer's page, the woman sent in her experience.

"My parents are divorced and both are remarried," her text read.

"They are not civil at all and have not spoken outside of court in years.

"I grew up with my mom and did not have a relationship with my dad until I was an adult, so obviously I was way closer to my stepdad.

"I invited my dad but asked my stepdad to walk me down the aisle. When my dad found out, he said he wasn't coming to my wedding and said he was going to fight my stepdad.

"So I thought about it and decided that both could walk me down the aisle, seeing as I have a good relationship with both."

But sadly, this wasn't an ideal solution for either man.

"Both of them refused this idea, so after talking to my mom, I decided to let my dad walk me down the aisle. This way I could finally focus on myself," she continued.

This also did not please the stepdad and he told her that neither he nor her mom would be going to the wedding.

Ultimately, the poor bride was forced to shut down both men and asked her brother to walk her down the aisle instead.

A wedding stylist revealed the moment a bride clapped back at her mother-in-law when she criticized her weight.

The Canadian stylist, who goes by the account Sweet Pea and Noelle, wrote in her video: "POV - Stylist witnessing family dynamics."

Before recounting the conversation went: "Mother in law to bride - you look like a whale in that dress.

"Bride to mother-in-law - Well call me an orca and get your son some scuba diving gear cause he didn’t seem to mind last night."

She then added "payback is a bad bish", and danced around in delight in praise for the bridal response.
