IT'S A real-life Nightmare on Elm Street - and it can be yours to keep.

The house from the classic 1984 horror movie is up for sale.

If you truly dare, you can purchase the home used during the filming of the iconic movie.

Freddy Krueger will be on hand to help show prospective home buyers around the luxury pad.

The $3.25 million Dutch Colonial home, which is located in the historic Spaulding Square neighborhood in Los Angeles, features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms in the main two-story house on the estate.

On the outside, the home is simply painted in white and green with plenty of windows that provide natural light on the inside.

Once inside, the home opens up to a massive living room decorated with three couches, a stunning coffee table, and a gold chandelier.

The living room also has double doors that lead to the outside, where a pool and lunging area awaits its new owners.

Moving on from the living room, the kitchen features a massive island, plenty of counter and storage space, as well as stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen features a small breakfast table, but if more guests appear, you can take them to the massive dining room with plenty of natural light.

The home also features stunning round archways.
