Mum-of-four’s simple tip will stop you ever bringing sand home from the beach again & it’s blowing people’s minds

GOING to the beach for a family day out is something we all look forward to, especially when the weather in the UK decides to warm up again.

But after a day sitting in the sun and keeping an eye on the little ones, you often feel way too exhausted to even think about unpacking or cleaning your car.

Luckily, mum Shannon Doherty, shared on her Instagram account, , her simple hack she uses to make day trips to the beach much easier for parents.

the mum-of-four, believed to be from the US, shares a multitude of DIY hacks and parenting tips on her .

Shannon's simple hack is to bring a small laundry basket with you to the beach.

In the caption of the video Shannon writes: "A Laundry Basket at the Beach??? It's a Mom Hack!!

"Who knew this little trick would be such a game changer for moms!!";

Before going to your car, you should take all the sandy towels and bathing suits and put them in the basket.

Then Shannon demonstrates all you have to do is simply pick up the basket and give it a good shake to get rid of all the sand.

This prevents any sand from getting in your car, saving you from vacuuming it the next day.

Shannon also said in the video that as soon as you get in you can take the basket and chuck all the towels and bathing suits in the laundry machine straight away.

Users on Instagram couldn't get enough of Shannon's simple yet extremly effective hack.
