WOULDN'T it be great if we all had a little extra help around the house - particularly to help with the kids.
Having a nanny around is actually normal for some people, but this mum's list of requirements will have potential candidates running for the hills.
You see, the nanny is required to live in the London-based home which for most, would be a real treat.
But rather than a bedroom of their own, the nanny must share a room with the newborn baby instead.
As for weekends, the nanny will have to find somewhere else to go as the mum requires the lucky candidate to leave.
At least the nanny can have some alone time in the bathroom though - except, of course, they can't as they're required to share that space too.
She simply wanted to know if her demands were reasonable, and she quickly learned the hard way that they weren't.
She wrote: "We have a two rooms house near the centre of London and I want to hire a live-in nanny to be part of our family and help us with our first baby.
One commented: "You are f****** joking? No, it is NOT reasonable.
"If you have a live-in nanny you provide them with their own room, every night. You don’t make them sleep in your baby’s room for five nights and then kick them out for 2 nights. F**** sake."
While there was no mention of salary at all, people insisted the nanny should be well paid, given the harsh living arrangements.
One said: "Christ, you better be paying top dollar for that package."
And added: "To answer your question: no, you are not going to get a lot of nannies finding that appealing.
"No proper personal space, no privacy, no real home since apparently, they aren't welcome on weekends, and lots of travel, which isn't exactly a benefit for most people."
And another added: "Working approx 60 hours + per week, sharing room, no room at the weekend, no bathroom of their own. The salary would have to be incredible for anyone to do that."
