Inside the fabulously glam life of Ronan Keating’s daughter Missy, as she poses in underwear for PrettyLittleThing
RONAN Keating was the crush of many people in the ’90s, after shooting to fame as the lead singer of Boyzone.
And it seems good looks run in the family, as the No Matter What singer’s 20-year-old daughter Missy Keating is becoming a star in her own right, and has recently been seen modelling in her underwear for PrettyLittleThing.
Ronan, 44, shares his daughter with his ex-wife Yvonne Connolly, who also is also a model.
And in the photos, Missy can be seen showing off her enviable figure in a black bra and thong set, while lounging on the couch, reading a glossy magazine.
In keeping with the laidback theme of the shoot, Missy’s hair is piled on top of her head, under a towel, but she still looks gorgeous wearing a bold, red lipstick.
And it seems the rest of Missy’s life is just as glamorous as these pictures, as, when she’s not living in London, she jet-sets all over the world – from Crete to Thailand to Budapest.
Plus, she wears some amazing clothes while she’s doing it.
Growing up in the spotlight
Along with Missy, Ronan also shares his son Jack, 22, and daughter Ali, 15, with his first wife Yvonne, who he was married to from 1998 until 2015.
Missy and her two siblings spent their early years on tour with their parents and their father’s band, Boyzone – so she was used to travelling all over the world from a young age.
She told the : “Growing up, we were all over the place; touring with my dad all the time. That was not a normal childhood, obviously.
“I remember my eighth birthday; the O2 in London, I think it was, sang Happy Birthday to me.”
But, for Missy, growing up with a famous parent was her normal.
Recalling the moment she went to see her dad and Boyzone on tour in 2019, she continued: “I sat back for the first time and looked around and I was like, ‘All these people are here to see my dad’, and that’s amazing, and I’m so, so, so proud of him.
“But growing up, it was just never a thing that like, ‘This is so weird’. Because it was all I knew.”
Jet-setting around the world
Missy clearly got the travelling bug from a young age, as, before the coronavirus pandemic, she was hardly ever in one place for long.
On her Instagram, there are pictures of her taken all over the world, including Turkey, Budapest and Amsterdam.
When in Turkey, staying at the Hillside Beach Club, she confessed she was “lost in paradise,” and shared many gorgeous photos sunning herself in a bikini, in front of stunning views.
There’s also a snap of her in Paris, in front of the Eiffel Tower, wearing a Marc Jacobs bag.
Along with the black and white picture, she wrote: “Made it to the city of love.”
Designer clobber
While she can often be seen wearing high-street brands like PrettyLittleThing, NastyGal and ASOS, Missy definitely has a penchant for designer bags and clothes.
The model has been seen sporting a Fendi puffer jacket that costs £1,175.
And she also has a Louis Vuitton holdall worth around £1,500 and a red Gucci handbag that’ll set you back £750.
Moving to London
Earlier this year, Missy swapped life in Dublin for London’s cosmopolitan lifestyle, and moved in with Ronan and his second wife Storm Uechtritz – as well as her two children, Cooper, 14, and Coco, who was born in March 2020.
Ronan met his second wife Storm Uechtritz in August 2010 and they got married in August 2015, and live in a stunning house in Barnes, just outside London.
Missy had been sharing a place in Ireland with her older brother, Jack, previously, and hadn’t even met Coco yet, due to the pandemic.
But moving to England’s capital had always been a dream for her after spending so much time there growing up, and travelling there with her mum, Yvonne Connolly, for auditions
She told RSVP Live: “We would jump on the tube and fly around the city and even then I loved the way of life over here in London.
“I always kind of saw it as a city of opportunity, you can go to London and be anyone and do anything you like and I really like that.”
And now, Missy feels like she has accomplished her dreams – as she is signed to modelling agency, Leni’s.
She added: “I am constantly learning things and meeting a lot of really cool people, so life is definitely good for me right now.
Reality show ambitions
Seemingly single, having moved out of the place she shared in Dublin with her boyfriend Mark Elebert, Missy is hotly tipped to be in the next series of Love Island, later this year.
And, when quizzed about it by Martin and Roman Kemp on their ITV show Sunday Best, Ronan didn’t deny the rumours.
Ronan said: “Well, look she’s getting a lot of offers from different reality TV shows to do different things. She’s a very confident girl.”
The proud dad continued: “She’s beautiful, she’s got her head on her shoulders, she’s a grafter. I mean, my dad taught all of his kids to be the grafter and work hard.
“He believed the football player that trained the hardest got his game on Sunday and that’s something that was instilled in me and I think my kids have that now and it’s just amazing.”
Missy also appeared on The Voice UK in 2019, as part of duo GGMK – although they didn’t make it past the first round.
But she didn’t tell her dad about the audition until after it happened.
“It was my little brother’s christening and I thought I’d do it on a day where dad was in a good mood. I made sure there were lots of people around,” she recalled.
“We were in the kitchen, all the family and friends were there.”
She continued: “I said, ‘Oh my gosh, dad. I forgot to tell you, I got through to The Voice UK’.” He responded with a stunned ‘What?’
“And he had to take a second. And after that, he was like, ‘I’m really proud of you, that’s amazing’.”
This definitely won’t be the last we see of Missy!
