The toasty addition looks just like the one in the Love Island villa, but without the expensive price tag.

The woman shared snaps of her partner's creation in the Facebook group, but warned that people should be cautious if they want to do it themselves.

"My partner made a fire pit out of left over paving slabs," she revealed. "The bottom is paving slabs too. Most paving slabs are heat resistant to 1800ºF degrees according to Google... My dad's a retired fireman and hasn't told me off yet."

She later added: "Please do research before making one! Had a few comments saying paving slabs could smash with the heat, but I've spoken to 2 fireman and apparently it will be fine. So make it at your own risk."

The stunning look was a hit with group members as thousands 'liked' or commented on the post.

"Looks fab! My nephew did this for my mum but he put an old washing machine drum in the middle," one said.

And another added: "That looks absolutely fab. I wish i had a garden for one."

While one person noted: "They look like blocks for paving not slabs . So they have already been kiln-fired . Which makes them ok for a fire pit . Looks wicked."

Hundreds more tagged family and friends and raved about the simple idea, suggesting they give it a go themselves.
