Kate Middleton, 39, is understood to have expressed concerns to Harry after he brought Meghan to stay with them at their Norfolk home Amner Hall for Christmas in 2017 shortly after they announced their engagement.
Speaking to , Ingrid Seward, editor in chief of Majesty Magazine, claimed: 'She could not understand why Harry had never met his future father-in-law, nor why Meghan, who Harry assured was The One and "ticked all his boxes", appeared embarrassed about her family and unwilling to speak about them apart from her mother. CONTINUED - HARRY USED BEACH VIDEO TO SHOW ‘ESCAPE’ FROM ROYALTY WHILE CAMBRIDGES ARE ‘NOISY & PLAYFUL’, BODY LANGUAGE EXPERT SAYS
Speaking to Fabulous Digital, she explains: “While Harry appears to be using his video of his wife and son to allow the world to hear his reflections on how much he is now celebrating simple acts of freedom, like putting little Archie on the back of a bike, following his ‘escape’ from the restrictions of royal protocol, Kate and William’s film shows them celebrating what looks like the most casual, noisy, playful and free life possible as they romp with their children on the beach.”
As the video was played, Prince Harry could be heard describing his enjoyment of a simpler life with his son.
Judi remarks: “Harry’s dialogue is important to the tone of his film as, while we watch a loving mother playing with her toddler and dog on an empty beach, we hear a very sad dialogue that refers to the idea that Harry had been ‘trapped’ previously in his old royal life.
“This adds a poignant spin to his film despite the use of the rather stylish and fashionable Hollywood monochrome as we watch what he is watching through his lens.”
HARRY USED BEACH VIDEO TO SHOW 'ESCAPE' FROM ROYALTY WHILE CAMBRIDGES ARE 'NOISY & PLAYFUL', BODY LANGUAGE EXPERT SAYS
Kate Middleton and Prince William marked their tenth anniversary with a touching home video of them playing with their three children at their Norfolk home.
And the casual and carefree film may seem familiar to royal fans as it is strikingly similar to one released by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry back in March.
The Sussexes shared rare footage of their son Archie playing on the beach in their home of California filmed in black and white as part of their bombshell interview with Oprah.
But despite their seemingly similar videos, body language expert Judi James claims that they say very different things about the two families.

WHERE WILL THE BABY BE IN LINE TO THE THRONE?
Meghan and Harry’s second baby will be eighth in line for the throne behind Prince Charles, Prince William, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, Prince Harry, and baby Archie.
The baby will be Prince Charles's fifth grandchild and the Queen and Prince Philip's 10th or 11th great-grandchild, depending on if the baby arrives before or after Zara Tindall's new baby.
And like her brother, the newborn is expected to be styled with the surname Mountbatten-Windsor, rather than be called Princess or another of her father Harry's titles.
WHEN DID MEGHAN SUFFER A MISCARRIAGE?
Meghan confessed to having suffered a miscarriage last summer.
She penned a piece published for the back in November detailing the events of that day. The duchess explained feeling a “sharp cramp” after changing baby Archie’s diaper.
She wrote: “I dropped to the floor with him in my arms, humming a lullaby to keep us both calm, the cheerful tune a stark contrast to my sense that something was not right." Adding: "I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second."
Meghan was then rushed to the hospital, as Prince Harry stood beside her trying to provide comfort. She described how they “carried an unbearable grief” through the loss and penned in the essay how common it was to experience a miscarriage.
Meghan penned: “In the pain of our loss, my husband and I discovered that in a room of 100 women, 10 to 20 of them will have suffered from miscarriage. Adding: "Yet despite the staggering commonality of this pain, the conversation remains taboo, riddled with (unwarranted) shame, and perpetuating a cycle of solitary mourning."
WHEN DID HARRY AND MEGHAN ANNOUNCE THEIR PREGNANCY?
The pair made the announcement on Valentine’s Day with a gorgeous black and white photo of Meghan lying on Prince Harry’s leg in an outdoor park.
Twitter users were quick to congratulate the couple, with one person tweeting: “Congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan on the announcement that Archie will become a big brother as the couple expects their second child.”
Another Twitter user pointed out that exactly 37 years ago on February 14, Princess Diana had announced she was expecting Prince Harry, in similar news to Meghan’s announcement.
WHEN IS MEGHAN AND HARRY'S SECOND BABY DUE?
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are expecting a new addition to their family of three as they announced in a statement on February 14.
The couple said: “We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child.”
Although there are no specifics on her due date, Meghan revealed to Oprah Winfrey in their interview that the baby would be due in the summertime.
COOL DOWN
Piers Morgan advised the new Good Morning Britain host to "hold back" after his fiery opinions saw him forced off the ITV show.
The journalist, 56, poked fun at the ITV morning show's Tweet of support for Alastair Campbell, who will be a new guest anchor.
The GMB account wrote on Thursday afternoon: "Welcome to the team! Raising hands We can't wait for some fiery debates, don't hold back Fire"
Piers replied: "I'd hold back @campbellclaret .."
'UNDER A BUS'
Meghan Markle “threw Kate Middleton under a bus” and left Prince William “pretty damn cross”, it has been reported.
A royal author has said the claims made by the Duchess of Sussex during her bombshell Oprah interview has angered her in-laws.
In November 2018, it was reported that “Meghan left Kate in tears” over her demands for Princess Charlotte’s bridesmaids dress during a “stressful” fitting.
It was then subsequently claimed that the “rift” began when Kate said the bridesmaids should follow royal protocol by wearing tights which Meghan disagreed with.
But speaking during her bombshell interview with Oprah, Meghan said she was the one left in tears, not the other way around.
POLITICAL AMBITIONS
The Duchess of Sussex has been secretly building links to members of the Democratic Party in a bid to anchor her political aspirations, sources close to her have revealed.
And now she and husband Prince Harry have stepped away from official royal duties, Meghan's plan of entering the political arena is being "accelerated".
American business associates of the Duchess say that the former actress has been "building a network of contacts and supporters" in the political world since arriving in Los Angeles last March.
At the very top of Meghan's speed dial list is Michelle Obama, who was First Lady to President Barack Obama, from 2008 to 2016.
'AWKWARD'
Prince Harry is now feeling "embarrassed and awkward" after the explosive Oprah interview, a royal expert has claimed.
They think he will regret his decision to walk away from the Royal Family and has been left "nostalgic for his old life".
Duncan Larcombe, author of Prince Harry: The Inside Story, knew Harry, 36, after spending ten years as a royal editor.
He said the Duke has a history of being "hot-headed" and used the bombshell US chat to air frustrations from his wife's experience with the Royal Family.
KATE SUBTLY CHANGES DIANA'S ENGAGEMENT RING
When Princess Diana passed away in 1997, the late Royal left her impressive jewellery collection to her two sons in the hope that they would pass it onto their future wives one day.
But while Meghan Markle blinged up her engagement ring which featured two of her late mother-in-law's jewels, Kate Middleton also tweaked her stunning sapphire ring from Diana.
In a special "letter of wishes" included in her will, Princess Diana wrote: "I would like to allocate all my jewellery to the share to be held by my sons, so that their wives may, in due course, have it or use it. I leave the exact division of the jewellery to your discretion."
In 2010, Prince William proposed to Kate with his late mother's 12-carat sapphire engagement ring which is surrounded by 14 solitaire diamonds, set in 18-carat white gold and estimated to be worth £300,000.
Kate is reported to have had the sapphire ring adjusted as it was a little too big.
MEG ‘WILL DREAD’ NEW BOOK BY TOM BOWER
Meghan Markle is to have a tell-all book written about her by Tom Bower, one of the planet’s most feared celebrity biographers.
He will start writing the book next year, spending the next 12 months collating evidence and speaking to the star and husband Prince Harry’s friends, foes and associates.
Following several bids, renowned publishers Simon & Schuster, who also published his book on the X Factor mogul, are understood to have bought the rights.
A source said: “This is the book Meghan will be dreading.
“Tom doesn’t pull his punches, and is terrifyingly thorough in his research. No stone will be left unturned.”
KATE & WILLS' ANNIVERSARY PICS 'STARK CONTRAST TO MEG & HARRY'
William and Kate shared two anniversary photographs – in stark contrast to anything Harry and Meghan would have release, an expert claimed.
The two new images — taken at Kensington Palace this week by photographer Chris Floyd — capture William and Kate smiling and in a relaxed mood while cuddling in one of the shots.
Portrait photographer Glenn Gratton told MailOnline that the “honest, natural and straightforward” photos are very different to the kind of “heavily edited” photos Harry and Meghan tend to share.
He said that while “neither can be criticised”, William and Kate’s photos look more natural, while “PR conscious” Harry and Meghan’s tend to appear in more “staged” shots.
HARRY 'KEPT GIRLFRIENDS HIDDEN UNDER BLANKET ON DATES'
Prince Harry went to extreme lengths to hide his relationships after becoming frustrated and upset by the public interest in his romantic life, a royal biographer has claimed.
Romantic Harry was the"opposite" of brother William when it came to matters of the heart - and "wanted to marry every girl he loved", Ingrid Seward says.
But although he "wore his heart on his sleeve", he faced difficulties in his relationships as a result of the scrutiny.
And he became so concerned he would ask his partners to hide on the way to dates, Ingrid said.
"When he took girls out, he was so paranoid about being seen that he would make them sit in the back of the Range Rover under a blanket en route to the restaurant," she said.
NEW EDITION OF SUSSEX BIOGRAPHY TO BE RELEASED
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s biography ‘Finding Freedom’ is set to be rereleased this summer.
The first edition, by authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, was published on August 11 last year.
It is now being updated with new chapters, covering their tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey last month, the allegations that Meghan bullied royal staff – which she denies – and the death of Prince Philip, reports The Sunday Times.
The new version will go on sale on August 5.
ANNIVERSARY VIDEO SHOWS WILLIAM IS NOT 'TRAPPED' AS HARRY SAID
Kate Middleton and Prince William’s “fun” anniversary video “defies Prince Harry’s claims that his brother is trapped” within the Royal Family, a body language expert has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared a heartwarming clip this afternoon of them playing with their three children near their Norfolk home to commemorate their first decade of marriage.
Speaking to the , body language expert Judi James claimed the sweet footage “flies in the face” of the claim Prince Harry made during his explosive Oprah interview that his brother is “trapped”.
Describing how the Cambridge family seem to be “having the time of their lives”, the expert said: “The playful, outdoor behaviour here is all about freedom of both actions and emotions and the three children look wonderfully uninhibited as they run about having fun.”
Meanwhile, the expert says both Kate and William share their children’s “enjoyment of the outdoors” and look “besotted” and “relaxed” while enjoying a day trip to the beach on the North Norfolk coast.
PHILIP'S PATRONAGES WON'T BE PASSED DOWN TO ROYALS - OMID SCOBIE
Prince Philip’s 992 patronages WON’T be passed down to other Royals amid plans to “slim down” the monarchy, Meghan Markle's pal has claimed.
Finding Freedom author Omid Scobie said that many of the Duke of Edinburgh’s patronages could be retired as working royals take on more significant roles in fewer charities.
There are over 2,800 organisations in the UK which have a royal patron.
Prince Philip, who died earlier this month, was associated with 992 different organisations either as patron, president or honorary member.
These include Shakespeare’s Globe, the Scouts and the World Wildlife Fund.
HARRY LIKELY REGRETFUL AND EMBARRASSED OVER INTERVIEW - BIOGRAPHER
Prince Harry is likely feeling "regretful and embarrassed" following his tell-all interview with Oprah, according to a royal biographer.
Duncan Larcombe, author of “Prince Harry: The Inside Story,” the Duke of Sussex lashed out at the royals because he's a "hot-headed guy".
“Harry was clearly hurt and angry about Meghan’s experience with the royals — and used the interview to get it out,” the longtime royal editor told the UK mag.
“But after , I’ve no doubt he’s been feeling embarrassed, regretful and awkward."
CHARLES 'WON'T LET IT DROP'
Prince Charles is still reeling at his son Harry for his Oprah Winfrey interview - despite holding peace talks, it is claimed.
US Weekly royal correspondent and podcast host Christina Garibaldi said Charles remains angry and added that the rumoured "slimming down" of the monarchy could freeze out Harry as the future king believes he is not worthy to be a royal, reports.
Ms Garibaldi said an insider had told her: "Charles is still fuming about Harry throwing shade at him and the Royal Family in the big interview and won't let it drop."

HARRY 'OPPOSITE' OF WILLIAM WHEN IT COMES TO LOVE
Prince Harry was the "opposite" of brother William when it came to matters of the heart - and "wanted to marry every girl he loved", a royal biographer has claimed.
And during his best man's speech for William, Harry claimed his older brother "didn't have a romantic bone in his body" before he met Kate Middleton.
By comparison, Harry "wore his heart on his sleeve", Ingrid Seward says.
And he faced a very different time to his brother. That's because William was "strictly off-limits to the media" while he attended university, which is where he met Kate.
Meanwhile, Harry had to "run the gauntlet of the intense public interest his love life generated", Ingrid says.
HARRY 'WAS FIRST TO KNOW ABOUT WILLIAM AND KATE'S ENGAGEMENT'
When Prince William decided he was going to ask Kate Middleton to marry him, Prince Harry was the first person he told, according to a royal author.
Ingrid Seward has revealed how William told his younger brother how he planned to pop the question in Africa - a country close to both of their hearts.
Ingrid told The Sun: “Once he had finally decided, the first person he told was Harry.
“His brother was impressed by William’s romantic plan to propose to Kate in a remote lodge in Kenya, East Africa, accessible only by helicopter.
“Being Harry, he had to make a joke of it and suggested as well as the bottle of Champagne on hand for when she said yes, he should also have a bottle of brandy in case she said no. Romance for Harry was more difficult."

Asked if she made Kate cry, Meghan told Oprah: "The reverse happened. A few days before the wedding she was upset about something, pertaining to ... the flower girl dresses, and it made me cry. And it really hurt my feelings.”
Now royal author Penny Junor has claimed that Meghan's comments would most likely have infuriated William.
Ms Junor told : "I would have thought one of the things William was most cross about was the fact that Meghan threw Kate under the bus.
"It wasn't Harry, but it was his wife, and he must have known that she was going to do that and he clearly hasn't corrected it in any way.
"It depends how Kate is feeling. I must say I would be pretty damn cross."

MEGHAN IS ‘LEAST POPULAR ROYAL’
The Duchess of Sussex is Britain’s least popular royal after Prince Andrew, a survey has shown.
The Times writes that a recent YouGov poll on behalf of the paper reveals that Meghan Markle is the least popular royal, with 61 per cent of people surveyed having a negative opinion of her.
“Harry is next, with 49 per cent. The results reveal a split between older and younger Britons, with the latter keener on the couple.
“William and Kate are by the far more popular, with 80 per cent of people being positive about him, and 78 per cent for her.”
