The 31-year-old "cleanfluencer" - who is pregnant with her second child - donated £3,000 to yesterday.
The social media star made the generous donation under her full name Sophie Hinchliffe.
It comes as Rio and Kate Ferdinand and Mollie-Mae Hague also gave thousands to baby - which has raised a staggering £1.49m in just over 24 hours.
The Ex on the Beach star and former Championship footballer is raising money to fly his baby daughter to Singapore to receive potentially life-saving treatment for leukaemia.
Speaking from his little girl's hospital room last night, Ashley told followers: "I am absolutely lost for words, I'm overwhelmed by the sheer amount of support that you guys have given us."
Earlier this week, the star revealed that seven-month-old Azaylia had relapsed after an unsuccessful bone marrow transplant and that this new treatment is his daughter's only chance of beating the illness.
Other celebs who have generously donated to the GoFundMe page are Love Island's Maura Higgins and footballers Cyrus Christie, Harrison Reed and Andre Graywho all gave £1,000 each.
Pretty Little Thing millionaire Umar Kamani gave £20,000 to help Ashley with his heartbreaking mission.
