The Radfords buy a treadmill to keep kids active during lockdown – adding to enviable home set-up with hot tub & cinema

LOCKDOWN has been tough on many families, and while managing a couple of kids can be stressful, parents of Britain's biggest family have 22 look after.

Luckily, Sue, 45, and Noel Radford, 50, have been sprucing up their 10-bedroom former care home in Morecombe, Lancashire, with plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Last year, Sue showed off her impressive garden transformation and revealed it had a bar, hot tub and outdoor cinema, which were new additions for the first national lockdown.

And while that alone is surely enough to keep the kids entertained at home, Sue recently revealed her newest purchase on - a treadmill.

The mum-of-22 said it will help keep the kids active during lockdown since there's not much else we can do.

Yesterday evening, Josh, Ellie and Aimie took turns on the fitness machine in a bid to get some exercise.

To help with homeschooling, the parents recently updated the huge dining room table and chairs where the school-age kids often sit and do their work - proving there's plenty of space for everyone.

But when the lessons are over it's time to play once more and the huge brood have a selection of fun things to do from the comfort of their own home.

Perhaps this is when they make use of the home cinema or hot tub, which has proven extremely popular among family members in the past.

Even Sue and Noel have been snapped soaking away the day in their hot tub while taking some time for themselves after the kids go to sleep.

And while it might be too chilly to spend some time outdoors at the moment, the Radford family have some massive renovations planned for this year which will no doubt give them all a cool new space to lounge around in.

The parents have slowly been chipping away at the huge home sprucing up one room at at time, and most of the kids now have a fresh, new bedroom to spend time in.

The Radfords live in a 10-bedroom former care home which is spread over four storeys.

The busy parents, who support themselves with a bakery and don’t rely on benefits, currently have 19 of their kids living under their roof - which can’t have been easy during lockdown.

Sadly the couple’s 17th child, Alfie, was stillborn on July 6, 2014.
