CLAUS FOR CELEBRATION

Mum has ALREADY bought & wrapped kids’ Christmas presents – as parents joke they’re ‘not over last year’s headache’ yet

WHILE most of us are still getting over Christmas 2020, one very organised mum says she's all set and ready to go for 2021 - having already bought and wrapped her kids' presents.

The Australian woman is 11 months early with her festive preparations, but was able to save a fortune by getting it over with.

The mum started shopping last year straight after Christmas for her kids, aged nine and seven, taking advantage of the sales to stock up on this year's gifts.

She shared a snap of her very organised haul online, which included stockings, advent calendars, Santa accessories, books, and DVDs.

There was also festive dinner sets, plush toys, colouring in books, coloured markers and a milkshake mason jar - all packed up and ready to go for December 25th.

Posting in a private Facebook group, she wrote: "Christmas Eve boxes, December 1 boxes and stockings done for 2021.

She said she never pays full price and now she's ready to go for the festive season

"I just grab stuff on sale and put it away... just whatever Christmas themed I can find... I never pay full price... it's always on sale."

And added: "I also grabbed heaps of Easter clearance stuff last year for this year.'

So that her kids don't find them, she also said she hides the presents in places they'll never think to look.

"They sit on top of their wardrobes, they can't reach them or see them and they think they are empty so back on the wardrobes they go," she explained.

"The stockings are in an Aldi bag in my wardrobe."

While many parents praised her organisation, loads were gobsmacked and joked they still aren't over last year's headache, and couldn't understand how she's so on top of it.

"How are you so super organised?" one mum wrote." I need to get on the organisation train. I haven't even thought about Easter and my kids' birthdays which are all in the first half of the year."

A second wrote: "I'm still not over last year's Christmas headache and you've moved on to the next. I wish I could prep this early but I procrastinate way too much."

Other parents couldn't believe she is so on top of things
