Mums in tears over headteacher’s emotional letter about not worrying about homeschooling
A MUM has shared an emotional letter written by a headteacher, telling parents to not worry about homeschooling.
The sweet letter was sent out to parents at the school during the national lockdown, and reassured mums and dads they are doing a great job.
It began: “Dear Parents/Carers, Today I write to you as a mother first. This week has been tough.
“Week three of lockdown and as a parent I have felt the strain this week.”
She wrote that her main reason for writing was to “say WELL DONE”.
The headteacher explained: “You are surviving a pandemic! Whatever your personal circumstances, we think you are doing a great job.
To enter, upload a photograph of the mum you are nominating and explain why they deserve to win.

Finally she reassured parents that although school is “closed”, it is not shut “emotionally.”
It has been liked over 10,000 from moved parents, with one saying: “Excuse me while I just remove whatever is in my eye.”
Another said: “Aww WOW, I'd love to get a letter like this.”
