WHILE most of us will be avoiding selfies at all costs during lockdown, for these celebs it’s the perfect excuse to perfect another pose.

The swish and flick is the latest trend to crop up on Instagram, with stars like Molly Mae Hague and Zara McDermott practising the stance.

To perfect the pose you simply need to add a bit of movement to your snaps by swishing your head and flicking your hair.

Molly-Mae perfected the trend during a holiday to Crete last year with Tommy Fury taking on the role of boyfriend photographer.

And in lieu of a beachside backdrop, Zara nailed the swish and flick during a stroll through a country park.

Georgia Steele added a cheeky element as she went topless in a corn field.

Montana Brown used the pose as an excuse to show off her peachy derriere during her holiday in the Maldives in November.

Meanwhile Geordie Shore’s Bethan Kershaw took the pose to the high seas in Dubai.

And never ones to miss out on a social media trend Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner were quick to add their own spin on the trend.
