Disney launches gorgeous new wedding dress collection so you can dress like a princess on your big day
THE pandemic may have turned wedding plans upside down, but if you are engaged and looking for a fairytale ending, we may have the answer.
If you are looking for the princess experience, a bridal gown shop has a stunning collection of Disney-inspired dresses.
UK brides can get their happily ever after with Allure Bridals’ range.
It first launched in the US and Canada last June, and is now available for Brits too.
The new line’s tagline is “Designed with Happily Ever After in Mind” and the website says: “Start the next chapter of your life in a dress beyond your imagination - one with magic in every thread.”
There are 16 gowns in sizes 0-30, and each is named after some of Disney’s most popular female characters, from Ariel, Belle and Cinderella to Jasmine, Rapunzel and Pocahontas.
Prices range from £1,200 to £2,500 and there are lots of styles to choose from.
Perhaps Belle from Beauty and the Beast is your favourite character, and now you can echo her iconic ball gown with Allure’s version.
The Belle dress has an off-the-shoulder neckline, embroidered lace and bead detailing.
The Pocahontas dress is perfect for those looking for a more simple design, and has a figure-hugging silhouette, buttons down the back and cotton lace applique.
Meanwhile, brides looking for a mermaid-style gown should naturally opt for the Ariel dress, which has a sweetheart neckline and layers of soft tulle.
Allure Bridals CEO Kelly Crum said: "So many brides grow up admiring their favourite Disney Princess characters and are inspired by their journeys, gowns and stories of the classic films.
“Our design team worked tirelessly on each of these incredible gowns, as each dress features intricate detailing specifically inspired by the timeless characters known and loved by all of us at Allure and Kleinfeld, as well as our brides.
“With the success of this 2020 collection in the United States, we are thrilled to expand this collection overseas."
Sadly a prince does not come with the gown.
