Veganuary at Wahaca
Mexican food has always been a good choice for those following a vegan diet, with fresh ingredients and plenty of plant based friendly options.
Wahaca have introduced a new Vegan set menu for 2022 (serves two: £19 each, £38 total) with tasty plant-powered street food dishes including Ancho mushroom tacos, Plantain tacos, Black bean & vegan cheese quesadillas, Organic squash tostadas and Zesty bean tostadas, and sides of Sweet potato and Chargrilled tenderstem broccoli.
There's 13 restaurants across the country, and you can order takeaway via Deliveroo if you live close enough.
