WE don't know about you, but cleaning the fridge is one of our least favourite household chores.
Getting everything off the shelves and scrubbing the whole thing top to bottom is a long and laborious task we'd rather do without.
But spending ages deep-cleaning the fridge could be a thing of the past thanks to one mum's nifty hack.
Posting on the Facebook group , the savvy mum explained how she uses puppy pads to line her fridge shelves.
Sharing a snap of the clever hack in action, she wrote: "My son laughs at me because I put puppy training pads in fridge to keep it clean.
"I change them when they get dirty. I always clean my fridge."
Puppy pads are used for young dogs with small bladders who are not yet house trained.
They are designed to soak up moisture and mess, making them the perfect thing to keep fridges clean.
People have flocked to the savvy mum's post to comment on how great her idea is.
One said, "Fab idea," while another commented, "That's good."
Meanwhile others say they're going to try the hack out for themselves ASAP.
One person said: "Know what I'll be buying next time I'm in Asda."
