A MUM has shared her simple lunchbox hack which ensures her kids eat everything - and it’s so simple to copy. 

Tired of her children coming back with half-eaten lunches, one mum, from Australia decided to set up a buffet-style system.

She revealed she sorts all her kids’ lunchbox items into plastic containers in the fridge, then lets them pack their own lunch each morning. 

She reckons as her children have selected their own meal, they're more likely to finish it. 

The mum shared a snap of her neatly organised fridge to Facebook, revealed tubs of cucumbers, celery sticks, oranges, grapes, strawberries, eggs and tomatoes.

“They loved the whole experience,” the reported.

She shared a snap of what her kid eventually chose to eat that day, which included an apple, two hard-boiled eggs, a pack of snacks, some cucumbers and strawberries.

Her post has gone down a storm with other mums, with fellow parents praising her DIY-style lunch system.

Commenting on the snap, one mum said: “We do this every morning.”

Another wrote: “It saves uneaten food and teaches them independence of packing their own meal.”

While a third raved: “OMG I am so doing this, super organised, it stays fresher and easy to grab!”
