Mum-of-two shares her extremely detailed weekly house organiser – and busy parents love the idea

BUSY parents often have their own way of dealing with chaotic schedules and household duties, and one mum is being praised for her super clever way after showing off her incredible organisational chart.

Sharing a snap online, the mum-of-two admitted it was her way of 'minimising her mental load' - especially since having a newborn meant her day-to-day was a little more hectic than usual.

Posting in the Facebook group, the Aussie mum revealed how she's currently on maternity leave with her second baby and vowed to find a way to make things easier after struggling with her first.

Her 'station' consists of a black glass magnetic whiteboard and features each of her family member's names, and a row for every day of the week.

The board also has a 'To-do' section where she writes any important tasks, as well as a 'coming up' section to make note of any important dates.

The mum has also wall-mounted three wooden boxes next to the whiteboard, one each to hold stationary, filing and 'to action' paperwork.

Alongside the snap, she wrote: "Minimising my mental load! I’m currently in maternity leave with my second baby. When I went back to work after my first child, now 2yo, the mental load really took its toll!

"This time around I am putting systems in place to help minimise the load and have started with a family command centre/organisation station.

"I saw a post that I loved about command centres a month or so ago, but couldn’t find anything online that was going to work for us, so I made one myself. "

And added: "I’m super happy with how it turned out and thought it might inspire others to have a crack!"

Her incredibly organised ways - which even has her plan their weekly meals - has won over many parents in the group, with many claiming they've 'never seen anything like it'.

"This is fantastic! I love how you have the week set out for everyone plus a spot for meals! Never seen this before!" one woman wrote.

And another shared: "That’s amazing. I wish I had space for something this amazing."

While a third chimed in saying: "OMG I love this so much! Such an inspiration. Now I have to stop being inspired and actually do!"
