I’ve got 11 kids and sick of people judging me – I’m not on benefits, my life isn’t chaos and yes I’ll have more babies

A MUM-OF-ELEVEN has defended her large brood and admits they are "just like everyone else" after being criticised for her super-sized family.

Britni Church, 31, had her first child at 16 and has since welcomed another ten - and recently admitted she's desperate to have at least four more.

But despite what people think of her, the full-time mum swears her life isn’t endless chaos and says she doesn't rely on benefits to support her family.

Speaking to , she said: "People assume a lot of things about us that just aren’t true - we are just like everyone else."

She also explained how life as a mum-of-11 can be tricky - not only because motherhood is hard but because people are quick to assume "the kind of people who would want to have a lot of children."

Setting the record straight, she revealed: "We aren’t on food stamps, but we don’t look down on those who need them. We aren’t ignorant, and we aren’t Catholic or Mormon but I do believe in Jesus.”

And added: "It’s also not always loud and chaotic like most people would assume.”

We previously shared how the full-time mum and her husband Chris, 28, spend the equivalent of £230 a week on groceries, and go through five boxes of cereal, 66 cartons of milk and 600 nappies.

But despite the financial strain of having a super-sized family, Britni admitted to wanting at least four more kids - but only if her other children are open to the idea.

She said: “I hope we’ll try to have another girl still. I don’t think I would ever have more than 15 kids but then again I never thought I’d have 11."

The US-based mum from Arkansas City, Kansas, had her first child, Crizman, 15, six days after her sixteenth birthday with her ex-husband.

They ended up having another four children together - Jordan, 14, Caleb, 13, Jace, 12 and Cadence, ten - but broke up in 2010.

After the divorce, Britni said she went through a carefree phase, partying at weekends, and unexpectedly fell pregnant with her sixth child, Jesalyn, now eight, in 2012.

She spent three years raising six kids alone as a single parent before meeting her current husband, Chris, a sub-contractor, in 2014 - and the pair have since had another five kids together.

Despite the huge brood, the busy mum admitted that it can also be a hard and lonely experience and hopes to help other mums in her position.

“I see so many mums, single mums, young mums, mums of large families, mums of one, that remind me of myself. There are days I felt so alone,” she said.

“I just want to be that one mum they can say, 'Hey, I’m not alone. She’s been here. If she can do this, I can do this.'”

Britni said she wants people to realise that "we’re all just people, doing our best.”

She added: "Instead of judging another mum for being different, try to celebrate that difference. Don’t be so quick to judge someone who isn’t exactly like you.”
