Pregnant Millie Radford says she ‘always knew I was having a girl’ in Instagram Q&A

SHE may only have a matter of weeks left before she becomes a mum for the first time - but Millie Radford has revealed she somehow always knew she was going to have a baby girl.

The 18-year-old - who was born into Britain's biggest family - made the revelation when she was answering questions from fans on her Instagram page earlier this week.

One fan asked: "When you found out you were pregnant, did you want a boy or girl?"

The mum-to-be - who has already chosen the name Ophelia for her daughter - replied: "Either is a blessing but I really, really wanted a girl."

Millie admitted she had a hunch that baby Ophelia was a girl - and found out she was correct six weeks later at her 18 week scan.

"I just knew from my 12 week scan she’d be a girl," she added.

Millie's daughter Ophelia was conceived during a six-month relationship and is due in September.

She previously told Fabulous: “We didn’t use protection. I knew there was a risk of pregnancy but I didn’t think it’d be so easy.

Last month, Millie gave her 64,000 followers a sneak peak inside her daughter's nursery - complete with a white painted crib and hanging animal prints.

Millie's daughter Ophelia will be born just months after her mum Sue gave birth to her 22nd child earlier this summer.

Millie has been sharing updates from her pregnancy online, but the teen admitted it hasn’t been what she expected, after social distancing measures were put in place due to the lockdown.

"I’m gutted I haven’t had the chance to enjoy this pregnancy like I wanted to because of lockdown," she wrote in a previous Instagram post. "No baby shopping, no listening to baby's heartbeat, no sharing this experience with my friends or family."

“My parents have always seen me as the ‘good girl’. They are not strict but I knew that telling them would make it real. Thankfully, they weren’t disappointed. They were excited.”
