Britain’s biggest family could be getting even larger as kids are desperate for rabbits & they’ve already built hutch

MUM-of-22 Sue Radford may soon have two more mouths to feed after revealing the girls are desperate for some rabbits. 

The supersized brood, which also includes dogs Lola, Ivy and Bluebell, is set to get even bigger after Katie and Aimee begged dad Noel for some more pets. 

Mum Sue, 45, and Noel, 48, are Britain's biggest family with Sue welcoming her latest child, Heidie, in April. 

And now the family has shared their latest venture to their channel, as Aimee and Katie grabbed Noel’s tools to build their deluxe hutch.

Aimee says: “So me and Katie have decided we’re going to build the rabbit hutch, ready for when we get the rabbit. 

“Katie’s inside getting all the screws and stuff. We’re going to build this today. 

“We’re going to build it on the patio then we’re going to lift it down there on the grass.” 

After getting hold of Noel’s toolbox they start laying out the wood and reading the instructions. 

Despite the girls diving straight in, they’re relieved to see the front and back come pre-made. 

“It’s very big. We thought we’d have to build the front and the back”, Aimee admits. 

While Katie says: “I think it will be pretty easy.” 

They were soon joined by more siblings, as they attempted to construct the giant blue cage in the garden. 

The girls fly through the project with ease, and even Noel is impressed with their efforts. 

Katie says: “This is it all finished, it’s actually quite big.”

As Noel inspects it, he jokes it’s ‘Archie’s new bed’. 

But he quizzes the girls, asking: “Have you looked after my toolbox? Is everything put away?

“I can’t get over it, how well they’ve built that so quick. That hasn’t taken you an hour has it.”

Katie says they managed to put together the giant hutch in around half an hour, as Sue says: “It is quite cool and they built it all by themselves.

“Quite proud of themselves. Aren’t you? It’s good isn't it.”

Although Aimee admitted Katie did most of the work, as she declares she’s going to call her rabbit Marmalade. 

But Sue suggests: “We need to see what they look like first.”

Despite the girls’ hard work, Noel admits there’s a spanner in the works - they can’t find any bunnies. 

He says: “I’m really pleased at Katie and Aimee’s attempt at building the rabbit hutch. I didn’t have to touch it, it’s just done perfectly. I’m proud of the pair of them. 

“So well done to those two I think. They have been all afternoon, and all night tonight, looking all over somewhere for some rabbits.

“None of the pet shops have them, they’ve all stopped having the breeder supplying them until at least september. 

“We’ve tried rescue places, we found one. 

“But she said, she wouldn’t recommend them for us with little kids because they just, weren’t friendly bunnies, they’re a bit rough around the edges I guess.

“They’ve found a few more, one down in Southport, Blackpool.

“So we sent a few messages out so we’re just waiting for some replies to see if they're available then we can go and have a look at those.

“If they have that’s what we’ll do tomorrow.”

The Radfords are Britain's biggest family, with Noel and Sue parents to Chris, 30, Sophie, 26, Chloe, 24, Jack, 22, Daniel, 20, Luke, 19, Millie, 18, Katie, 17, James, 16, Ellie, 14, Aimee, 13, Josh, 12, Max, 11, Tillie, nine, Oscar, eight, Casper, seven, Hallie, four, Phoebe, three, Archie, two, Bonnie, one and Heidie, who was born in April.

The family all live in a single house in Morecambe, Lancs, with the exception of the Radfords' eldest children. 

The Radfords are already expecting another bundle of joy as 18-year-old Millie is expecting her first child - a girl called Ophelia, in September.

Sadly, the couple's 17th child Alfie was still born on July 6, 2014.

They also have three grandchildren - who are Sophie's kids - Daisy, six, Ayprill, four, and Leo, two.

The parents famously don’t claim benefits and rely on Noel’s bakery business to make ends meet.

Meanwhile Sue shows off son James’ disastrous home haircut after he lets sister Katie ‘trim it’ with clippers.

And they recently swapped their 22 kids’ bedrooms to make way for pregnant Millie’s baby – and it’s utter chaos.
