Mum uses a fresh lemon to clean her entire oven and she’s seriously impressed with the results
CLEANING an oven is a tough job which normally takes a few hours depending on how filthy it is, and it usually takes an arsenal of cleaning products as well.
But a mum decided to use ditch chemicals and use a fresh lemon to clean her entire oven - and she can’t believe the results.
Explaining how she she got it to shine, she said she applied the lemon juice - and the pulp - across all surfaces of the oven.
The cleaning fan then let it sit for 25 minutes, before rubbing it down with a damp cloth to remove grease and food residue.
Her post racked up dozens of likes, as people vowed to try the natural cleaning product for themselves.
Commenting online, one person said: “Oh great! I will try this!! Thank you for sharing.”
Someone else wrote: “I do that with my shower it gets all soap scum and glass squeaky clean.
"I will try the oven next time.”
A third thought: “Non toxic and as natural as can be!! I love it!!”
This person added: “I’m doing that tomorrow. I always waste lemons. Thank u.”
