CALLING all fashion fans - there's a new hot colour trend this summer and we are totally obsessed.
For as long as anyone can remember, a little black dress (LBD) has been an essential wardrobe staple. But now, it seems, people are swapping out the dark, moody hue for a lighter, more flirty shade of pink.

Not only have celebs like Ferne McCann and Jennifer Lopez braved the pretty hue on red carpets around the world, but it seems the colour trend has taken off with us regular folk too.
After Jodie Comer's popular TV character Villanelle sported a dreamy pink tulle gown in season one of Killing Eve, our social media feeds and shop-front windows have been flooded with similar finds.
But while the iconic pink frock, created by Molly Goddard , is currently on sale for a whopping £408, H&M has a more purse-friendly version costing just £19.99 - and it's very quickly selling out.
From light, peachy or dusty pink shades to bold and vibrant fuchsia hues - whatever your pick, one thing's sure, the little pink dress LPD is here to stay.
Just like a staple black dress, a gorgeous pink frock is proving to be just as versatile - and can really be worn on any occasion.
The popular shade was trending at the Oscars this year in February, with a range of stars stepping out in elegant dresses showcasing a range of bubblegum and blush tones.
But it's not just formal events where the the colour is being worn, as worldwide lockdown as meant everyone - even celebs - have been forced indoors.
That hasn't stopped many from dressing up on occasion, though, with stars such as Kylie Jenner, Amanda Holden and Laura Whitmore also jumping on board the colour trend at home.
Where there's a trend emerging Kim Kardashian will always be seen getting amongst, so it's not surprising she was seen posing up a storm in a mini bubblegum number.
So too were singers Kelly Rowland and Rita Ora, who both opted for a dramatic shade of Fuchsia with incredible sleeve detailing.
Choosing instead a softer and more subtle shade, former Spice Girl Emma Bunton and Irish model Vogue Williams proved the pink mini is the perfect addition to everyone's summer wardrobe.
