Mum desperately asks for help after cheeky son, two, covers his face in ‘ultra dark’ fake tan
A MUM has desperately asked for help after her cheeky toddler slathered himself in fake tan.
She revealed her two-year-old managed to coat himself in ‘ultra dark’ tan, covering his face, arms and hands.
The mum claimed her little lad told her he was ‘cleaning’ himself in the bathroom, when he was actually slapping on half a bottle of Bondi Sands.
She shared a series of snaps to Facebook showing the tot covered in dark smudges as she asked for help shifting the tan - claiming everything she tried was making it worse.
Posting to Facebook group , she said: “Does anybody have any ideas for getting ultra dark tan off a toddler's face, hands and arms?
“He used half the bottle to ‘clean himself’ and lemon and baby oil are making it worse.
“Please help.”
Her post has racked up more than 8,000 likes, as people offered various solutions while branding the mishap hilarious.
One person said: “Aww. . . sorry to laugh, he made my day.”
Someone else wrote: “Only thing I can think of after laughing is call the company and ask.”
A third commented: “I have no idea but this made my morning! Hope you find a solution.”
This person suggested: “Tan eraser, lynx body wash, salt or sugar scrub, lemon juice.
“This made me laugh so much. Reminds me of when I was breastfeeding and my son came out with a brown face.”
Another person reckoned: “Try lathering him in baby oil and soaking in the bath or get radox bath salts and soak him in them in the bath.
“Also get a face washer and try rubbing it off while he's in the bath doing both those things.”
