WE ARE often on the hunt for affordable ways to keep our bed linen smelling fresh - and Stacey Solomon might have just the answer.
The mum-of-three, 30, has shown how to make a beautiful smelling pillow spray at home and not only does it make your bed smell fresh, but it helps you sleep too.
Posting on her Instagram stories over the weekend, the Loose Women panellist revealed that she uses water, witch hazel, and various essential oils and fresh herbs to create the soothing concoction.
Admitting to finding the recipe online, Stacey found she already had ingredients at home to make up the spray - so it was completely free to do.
The liquid is made up of mostly distilled water, with about 20 ml of witch hazel added before adding your preferred scents.
Stacey added 20 drops each of bergamot and clary sage essential oils and also chucked in a few sprigs of dried lavender.
can be picked up for just a few quid from Amazon and other stores, and while essential oils vary in price, you can get some for as little as .
Both the oils and witch hazel can be used time and time again with only a small amount being used each time - so the spray works out to be super cheap to make.
The citrus scent of the bergamot is perfect for keeping your linen fresh while the soothing properties of lavender and clary sage will help with a good night's sleep .
She made it up in a small spray bottle too which can be easily kept on your bedside table for continuous use.
Stacey also demonstrated using the spray on her perfectly made bed, and captioned a snap of the spray saying: "I wish Instagram had a scratch and sniff button. It smells so good."
We might just have to make up our own so we can have a smell ourselves.
