PRINCE Harry will be a "lost soul" living in Los Angeles as he's not "as tough" as Meghan Markle, an expert has claimed.

Appearing on the Channel 5 documentary Harry & Meghan: Two Troubled Years, royal author Tom Quinn - who wrote Extracted from Kensington Palace: An Intimate Memoir From Queen Mary To Meghan Markle- argued that the Duke of Sussex will find it hard to adapt to life in California.

The couple and their one-year-old son Archie are believed to be staying at producer Tyler Perry’s £15million home in LA.

Discussing Meghan and Harry's post-Megxit move, the expert said: "I think Harry will be like a lost soul in the US. 

"It will be far worse for Harry in America than Meghan in England. Because he's not as tough as she is."

After announcing their decision to step down as senior royals in January, Prince Harry was stripped of his military appointments and no longer represents the Queen on public tours.

Commenting on Harry's ongoing work with the Invictus Games, royal expert Daisy McAndrew added: "When he did leave, he clearly wasn't ready or able or willing to completely sever those ties."

Earlier this month, a source told Vanity Fair Prince Harry is feeling "rudderless" and "misses structure" as he "doesn’t have friends or job" in LA.

What's more, Prince Harry biographer Penny Junor claims Meghan was "unhappy" living in the UK.

She added: "Meghan made some very big life changes in a very short space of time.

"Harry impulsively decided to get Meghan back to her comfort zone." 

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams added: "There's no question that they're tremendously happy together - but it has come at a very high price."

Since their move to LA, Harry and Meghan spent Easter delivering meals for those too ill to cook for themselves and helped to provide 250,000 meals for struggling Brits during lockdown with their £90,000 wedding donation.
