Mum shares her sons’ incredible Harry potter bedroom transformation using bargains from eBay

HARRY Potter fans online are raving about one mums bedroom transformation after she completely transformed her kids bedroom into what looks like a Hogwarts dorm room made from eBay bargains and pages from the Harry Potter book collection. 

The crafty mum revealed the themed bedroom which was complete with a wall of books, a Gryffindor house cloak, a flying broomstick and a ceiling completely covered in pages from the Harry Potter books - and it looks amazing.

Impressed with the end result, the mum posted photos to the DIY On A Budget Official Facebook group and people are completely obsessed with the "amazing job" she'd done replicating the fantasy novels.

The mum revealed she'd done the entire room on a budget having picked up second-hand book set and house flags from eBay while scoring the wallpaper for cheap from Wilkos.

She used antique library book wallpaper on three of the walls, while the fourth wall was was covered in a rustic laid brick which completely transformed the entire room.

And in addition to the Harry Potter themed bed covers and various accessories scattered around the room, the best part was by far the completely original and hand made ceiling college she'd made using single pages torn from the Harry Potter books - talk about a bed time story.

It seems we aren't the only ones completely blown away by her creative abilities, with an bunch of people praising the mum for her efforts.

One person said: " Love the ceiling.. amazing idea."

And another person wrote: "Wow that's amazing. What a fabulous room. Well done."

One person, who couldn't contain her excitement, said: "coolest thing in the effing world. How creative is that?"

The crafty mum was blown away by the response she'd received and later revealed that her kids absolutely love their new Harry Potter sanctuary.

After numerous requests, the mum also revealed that she picked up the books for £2.50 each, while the wallpaper set her back £10 a roll.

One person seemed utterly obsessed and proclaimed: " It's amazing. If I only had a child as in to Harry Potter as me."

And that is something we can totally relate to, because we too are obsessed.
