SEXPERT Nadia Bokody visited a sex therapist as she continued her journey of sexual exploration, but admitted even she ended up looking like a “prude” after chatting with the professional.

Nadia, who regularly blogs about sex on her Instagram and channel, visited the therapist as part of her ‘Nadia Goes’ mini-series.

The Australian visited Chris Brett-Renes, where within minutes the conversation had turned to fetishes and ‘butt play’.

Nadia noted: "Regardless, it’s not overstating things to say that sitting in the same room as Brett-Renes, I look like a prude."

No topic is taboo in Chris’ office, which is littered with dildos.

Nadia reveals: “In the first five minutes, we cover off everything from foot fetishes to erectile dysfunction and butt-play.

“I’ve learned more about the dos and don’ts of vaginal douching from a few words with Brett-Renes than I did in the entirety of high school sex ed."

Chris says you need to have an open mind his profession, admitting over the years he’s pretty much heard it all.

He said: “You also need to be not easily shocked.

“In this line of work, you will find people tell you things from getting double fisted to childhood sexual assault.

“So you have to be prepared not to be shocked.”

But he immediately clears up a myth surrounding his profession, telling Nadia as she walks in: “The big thing I should stress is, we don’t have sex with our clients.”

He does set ‘sexual homework’ though, which varies from masturbation to trying out new techniques with a partner.

Chris added: “Often we tell clients to go away and practice, or, do this.

“Often teaching guys it's not all about full blown penetration, why don't you try nipple play or kissing different areas on the body, and her to do vice versa.

“That would be the type of homework. Or masturbation.”

Nadia even brings her boyfriend, Ky, in to have a session with Chris, and the pair reveal they argue over who’s dominant in the bedroom.

She reveals: “Both of us are very controlling people.

"Ky and I will literally start having sex, and we will be in the middle of actual penetrative sex and we will start having an argument.”

Chris advises they “take turns” being dominant, and suggests they spend more quality time together.
