Mums can now buy a ‘toilet timer’ to speed up their bloke’s toilet trips – but some want to use it to keep the kids OUT
ALL parents will be aware of the blissful five minute break that comes with a trip to the toilet.
However, many will also be aware of the extended breaks that certain mums and dads will take when it comes to escaping to the bathroom.
But the 'Toilet Timer' is designed to end poo-crastination promising to stop bathroom battles for good.
This "funny and bowel-provoking" product is a "sand-timer done differently."
According to their website, "Toilet Timer Tommy keeps time for you by emptying his contents," into the little toilet that he's sitting on.
When time - and sand - runs out, it's time to get off, switch off that video, stop scrolling that Insta feed and get back to your responsibilities.
While it's marketed as a great gift for “men, dads and husbands”, we know a fair few mums of teenagers who could definitely use a toilet timer in their lives.
"I want one for my kids," one mum said. "They disappear in there for so long my husband has taken to bursting in on them to get them out! This would be great!"
Another mum said: “I actually want one to keep my kid out. My son literally came in for a mid-poo conference last night.”
In other parenting news, this mum shared a food pyramid of what fussy kids actually eat, consisting of crisps and chicken nuggets.
Plus this mum was left horrified after her "a**hole" daughter peed all over the living room carpet.
And this savvy mum shared her instant sandwich hack which keeps her school lunches fresh all week.
