Bride reveals she wants to make her own urinal for her wedding – and people think it’s ‘gross’
A BRIDE is looking to make a DIY urinal out of hay for her wedding, but the idea has been branded ‘disgusting’ and 'gross'.
While doing things yourself to keep costs down is normal for any couple tying the knot, one bride’s idea of a home-made urinal seems to have gone too far.
She shared a snap of what she had in mind, revealing a giant hay bale with funnels attached around it.
She put out a call on social media asking if anyone had a haystack she could use, although she appears to have left it to the last minute after revealing she’s getting married in a matter of weeks.
Her desperate post has since been shared to , as people slammed her idea of a DIY urinal as ‘unsanitary’.
The bride-to-be wrote: “I am hoping to create a ‘hay urinal’ for my wedding in a few weeks.
“Hence I am chasing one round of hay roughly the size in the picture.
“Obviously the type of hay and quality aren’t important just looking for something cheap.”
Hundreds of people have commented on the post, branding the idea ‘gross’, pointing out the obvious hygiene issues.

This person joked: “Ah but remember, this isn't just any old country wedding lol, this one has the special hay bale loo.”
Another commented: “Ah yes this is what weddings nowadays are missing! Being able to see a bunch of dudes p**s in public.”
Someone else added: Those are amazing though. Great for camping or hiking. I wouldn't want to use it on a pile of grass 50 other people had been p******g on all day though.”
This woman wisely pointed out: “My nephew would be the one pushing people into the hay. It would 100% happen.”
While another person realised: “Well that brings up something else...I don’t see a hand washing station.
"And you know there will be lots of handshaking, probably eating from communal bowls of crap like potato chips at a shindig like this... pretty unsanitary.”
