Woman reveals genius way to organise electrical leads – and actually remember what they’re for
WE'RE all guilty of stuffing random electrical wires into drawers when we've forgotten their original purpose.
Now, a savvy woman has revealed a life-changing way to store them - and her amazing method means you actually remember what they're for.
In a post on , the social media user called Kristelle explained how she had sorted out her "tangled mess" of wires once and for all.
The clever woman - who is from Australia - shared snaps showing how she had neatly folded up the leads into individual sandwich bags.
She then, in a stroke of genius, labelled them so she would know in future exactly what each of them connected to in her home.
For example, one was labelled "camera charger", while another indicated that it contained the wire for her "HP laptop".
Captioning the images, Kristelle wrote: "Prior to organising the cords, it was a tangled mess in a storage tub.
"Finding a cord was a nightmare. I have individually packaged them and labelled so we know what the cord is for!
"This has worked wonders in my house hold!"
Her post went down well with followers who thanked her for the handy tip.
One person wrote: "Absolutely love this idea."
Another commented: "Great organising!!"
A third shared: "Love the labels!"
And a fourth added: "Have drawers of this stuff and now you are giving me motivation."
Kristelle has also shared other home organisation tips on her page .
