Woman revamps her boring bathtub in just 30 minutes using B&M sticky-back plastic
IT'S EASY to think improving your home will take you days - but one savvy woman has managed to give her bathroom a bargain upgrade in less than an hour.
The DIY fan called Sarah Gibbons transformed her bath tub in a little over 30 minutes using a stylish wood effect sticky-back plastic from B&M.
"So today I did a thing," the woman wrote, alongside before and after pictures of her bathtub - featuring plain white panels which were given a chic pine appearance thanks to the bargain store's D-C-Fix self-adhesive film.
"When we renovated the bathroom we went to fit the bath panel and it was to short height wise. (No-one had realised the bath had been raised).
"So we had to move the bottom panel down causing the screw holes to be visible and discolouration and to be honest I was gutted as I loved it so much.
"So I went to B&M, bought the D-C-Fix and to be honest I think it looks awesome and only took 30 to 45 minutes to do."
Her post was popular with fellow social media users who left more than 180 'likes'.
One person commented: "Love this."
Another wrote: "That's looks fantastic."
A third shared: "Looks brilliant."
And a fourth added: "That looks great."
