Meghan Markle’s ‘healthy Californian habits’ are ‘rubbing off’ on Prince Harry as he adapts to life in Vancouver

MEGHAN Markle’s “Californian health habits” are rubbing off on Prince Harry and he is quickly adapting to the “West Coast lifestyle”, an insider has claimed.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently holed up in a £11million mansion in Vancouver Island, as they plan their next ventures after stepping back from the royal family.

The couple made the shock announcement back in January, and said they would now split their time between the UK and North America.

A source said to that yoga-loving Meghan’s “healthy habits are rubbing off on Prince Harry.”

They added that Prince Harry, 35, is enjoying the relaxed pace of life, and has taken a keen interest in one of Meghan’s other main passions; cooking.

The insider explained that LA-raised Meghan, whose mum Doria Ragland is a yoga teacher, has “always been very health-conscious”, and now has transformed their diets.

The couple have been staying in the extravagant home since they flew to Canada for Thanksgiving, and have taken on a healthier lifestyle since the move.

And the move seems to have agreed with them, as they are said to be “loving” their new set-up.

The source added: “Being able to hike with friends, Archie, and their dogs in Canada is a simple pleasure that they love.”

We previously shared how since Harry started dating Meghan, the hard-partying prince has ditched the burgers, cigarettes and booze in favour of a clean-eating lifestyle and yoga.

This comes as the Queen, 93, has reportedly said the couple will have to stop using the Sussex Royal label with their “brand” going forwards.

Five days ago, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave their biggest hint yet that the couple will not return to Britain, after sacking 15 members of their “loyal” team.

Among those reportedly axed were communications chief Sara Latham - who previously worked for the Obamas, and newly appointed private secretary Fiona Mcilwham.

The UK redundancies could be wrapped up by the time he and Meghan finish their transition from Royal life in mid to late March.

Since leaving the royal family, the couple say they aim to become “financially independent” and earn their own income.

Until now, the Sussexes have been "prohibited from earning any income in any form".

But experts think they will now join the world's top speakers by demanding hundreds of thousands of pounds for a single address at private events.

One of their first ventures across seas was to speak at a star-studded JP Morgan summit, where it is estimated they could have been paid around £775,000.
